Extra Energy Supply Limited ("Extra Energy") has ceased to trade and Ofgem, the energy regulator, has appointed Scottish Power as the new energy supplier for any existing Extra Energy customers with effect from 25 November 2018.

Amounts owed to Extra Energy

Mike Denny, Matthew Hammond and Ian Green of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were appointed as joint administrators of Extra Energy on 4 December 2018.

The joint administrators have retained a number of Extra Energy employees to assist with the Administration process, including the final reconciliation of customer accounts and collection of outstanding debts. You may therefore be contacted directly by Extra Energy staff either by telephone or email.

All amounts owed to Extra Energy relating to energy supplies prior to 25 November 2018 remain due and payable.

At present, Extra Energy is unable to accept payments via its online customer portal, but you can still arrange settlement of any outstanding amounts via either:
